MANAGEMENT FEES INCOME
酒店管理公司負責酒店日常營運及內部工作，管理費由中科支付
Whoever hotel management company seek to operate their hotel, even internally, Zongke will have to pay a management fee to Orient Hotels and Resort Group. In this case, this applies. The management fees will be given to Orient Hotels and Resort Group.
STAGE 2  阶段2
日後中科其下酒店或物業，均也交給酒店管理公司管理，並支付管理費
In future, if there is more properties that are managed by Orient Hotels and Resort Group, management fees will continue to flow into Orient Hotels and Resort Group . This could be properties owned by Zongke or referrals made by Zongke.

note:  cost of hotel set up from payroll to ff&e etc is at the cost of the owner of hotel property.
