黄礼哲
诺仕集团执行总裁
黄礼哲先生是一位有着三十多年行业从业经历的职业酒店／‘人和企业家。在加入诺仕集团之前，他曾出任Bon-bonbon Holdings的执行总裁一职，该公司旗下主要运营的三个项目：北京半岛精品店运营项目，糖果生产供应项目以及全球酒店人猎头项目（HPS)。
作为一个拥有香港永久居留权的马来西亚资深酒店人，黄先生拥有着丰富的总经理级别酒店筹备经验和酒店管理经验。他曾任职于澳门文华东方酒店，香港文华东方酒店，香港丽都酒店，香港逸东酒店，苏州凯莱大酒店和莎玛集团（摩根史丹利旗下酒店式服务公寓集团）。在莎玛集团任职期间，他参与了莎玛集团在中国大陆第一家旗舰项目——新天地尚明居的筹备工作，后来加入到徐家汇莎玛服务公寓的筹备团队中。除此之外，黄先生还曾经任职吉隆坡GTower Hotel的总经理，该酒店是马来西亚第一个环保物业项目。
黄先生拥有超过六次的酒店开业筹备经验，以及超过二十年的国际酒店管理经验。（层任职于瑞士，马拉西亚，香港，澳门，中国大陆多个国家及地区）。
黄先生同时也是诺仕酒店管理集团的联合创始人。

ANDREW OOI
DIRECTOR & CEO
Mr. Andrew OOI is an entrepreneur and a hospitality professional with over 30 years of experiences in various capacities. Prior to joining LOXY Group, he was the CEO of Bon-BonBon Holdings, a company that held the franchise for The Peninsula Boutique in Beijing, a supplier of OEM Confectionary, and HPS, a hospitality placement company.
A Malaysian passport holder and permanent resident in Hong Kong, Mr. OOI is well experienced in the hospitality industry having worked as General Managers for pre-opening and operating. His career span from Mandarin Oriental, Macau, Kuala Lumpur, Hong Kong to The Cosmopolitan Hotel, Hong Kong, The Eaton Hotel & Eaton House Hong Kong, The Gloria Plaza Hotel, Suzhou to Shama Group, a serviced apartment group owned by Morgan Stanley. At Shama Group, he opened the first fist flagship property for the group, Shama Luxe Xintiandi, and later on Shama XujiaHui in Shanghai. He also worked as GM for GTower and Hotel, Kuala Lumpur which is the 1st Green Building in Malaysia. He has 6 pre-opening experiences, besides operations and has worked in Switzerland, Malaysia, Hong Kong, Macau, and China.
Mr. OOI is the co-founder of LOXY Group.

黄育棠先生，来自香港，诺仕集团联合传世人。加入诺仕集团之前，黄先生曾任澳门新华集团旗下子公司—燊基发展有限公司执行总裁。在任职期间主要负责监管企业整体运营，商业发展，项目建设以及土地管理工作。
黄育棠先生拥有着在港澳大陆地区超过三十年的酒店项目管理经验。他拥有着专业的酒店项目计划，执行及监管经验，同时也专长于商业地产项目和居住地产项目的规划与执行。在燊基发展有限公司任职期间，他的决策对于公司业绩全方位的提高起到了重要作用。

Mr Teady Wong, from Hong Kong, is a co-founder of LOXY Group. Prior to joining LOXY Group,he was the CEO of San Kei Development Co. Ltd, this is a subsidiary company of Sun Wah Group, Macau. He was responsible for supervising all operation, business development, building construction and land development .
Mr Wong has over 30 years working experience in hotel projects in HK, Macau and China. His professional oversees the planning and execution of a variety of hotel projects. He is also well experienced in the management of the commercial and residential property. As a CEO at San Kei Group, he took all the decisions regarding the upliftment of company, which includes all sectors and fields.

Henry Tsang

在世邦魏理仕就职期间，Henry Tsang先生主要负责资产服务，战略管理和企业管理咨询工作。
在新昌管理服务有限公司任职期间，Henry Tsang全权负责公司在香港和中国大陆地区的运营及商业拓展工作。

Mr. Henry Tsang, from Hong Kong, prior to joining LOXY Group was the Executive Director of CBRE Northern China and the Director of Synergis Management Service Limited. During the service of CBRE, He is responsible for the supervision of Asset Service, Strategic Development and provides Pre-management consultancy Service to the strategic clients.
During the service of Synergis Management Service Limited. He was responsible for supervising all operation and business development in Hong Kong and Mainland China. In 2004, he was deployed in Shanghai as Director of JV Company, Synergis Shui On Property Management Service Company Limited, and the company was mainly providing service to Shui On Land.
Mr. Tsang has over 25 years of experience in the field. He is well experienced in the management of luxurious retail, commercial and residential project. When he was working in the Synergis Shui On, he leads a strong team of expertises to provide asset service and pre-management consultancy work for Shui On Xintiandi projects in Shanghai, Wuhan, Chongqing, Dalian, and Foshan.

张杰 HSG,HPS,PROQSOR,SPATOPIA事业部管理总裁
HSG,HPS,PROQSOR,SPATOPIA事业部管理总裁张杰先生，来自香港。加入诺仕集团之前，创始了HSG Asia Holding Ltd.并担任总裁，该公司代理了超过27个宴会及Spa品牌，例如Chuichil,Herdmar,Zieher,Rivolta&Oakworks。除此之外，张先生还分别在酒店整体采购咨询公司ProQsor集团和全球酒店人才猎头公司HPS担任执行总裁一职。
张先生毕业于瑞士酒店管理大学，拥有超过23年的酒店管理行业工作经验，曾在香港新世界酒店从事酒店运营工作，在希尔顿全球，依贵雅有限公司，阳光管理集团从事市场与销售工作。除此之外，张先生在拉斯维加斯及澳门威尼斯酒店开始酒店采购工作，后在莎玛集团担任集团采购总监，在履职与莎玛集团期间，张先生率领其团队负责了集团位于中国大陆，香港，澳门以及泰国的十一个酒店物业采购项目。

Mr. Rick Cheung, from Hong Kong, prior to joining the LOXY Group is the Founder and Managing Director of HSG ASIA Holding Ltd, representing over 27 international famous Catering & Spa product brands such as Churchill, Herdmar, Zieher, Rivolta & Oakworks etc. He is also the CEO of ProQsor Group providing holistic procurement solution for hospitality projects and HPS for student internship placements.
Mr. Cheung has over 23 years working experience in the hospitality industry and is a graduated from Swiss Hotel Management School. His career started in hotel operation for New World Hotel Hong Kong, to Sales and Marketing in Sunshine Management Group, Hilton Worldwide, EquipAsia, Procurement Manager for Las Vegas & Macau Venetian Hotels & Resorts projects, and the Group Director of Procurement & Technical Services in Shama Group. At Shama, he was responsible for 11 procurement projects for hotel, resort & serviced apartment properties in China, Hong Kong, Macau, and Thailand.

柳志生
集团运营总裁
柳志生先生，来自香港。加入诺仕集团之前，担任香港登台酒店酒店运营经理。负责酒店所有实地运营管理工作。
柳志生有超过三十年的酒店运营及管理工作经验。曾就职于香港香格里拉酒店，香港文化东方酒店，香港逸东酒店，香港帝国酒店，香港登台酒店，深圳新都酒店。
柳志生在酒店运营管理领域有着丰富的经验以及深刻的理解。他主张通过维持高水平的服务与酒店整洁度，控制运营成本，以及提供多样化员工培训来实现高效以及高水平的酒店运营，从而获得消费者的认可，为酒店带来实际利益。他擅长于将自己的深刻理解实际运用到餐厅运营，市场分析和商业规划与发展的工作之中，以此来满足客户与企业的需要。

Mr. Gary Lau, from Hong Kong, prior to joining LOXY Group was the Operations Manager of Hotel Stage, Hong Kong. He is responsible for the supervision of all Operational matters of the hotel.
Mr. Lau has over 30 years of experience in the field. His career started in Shangri-la, Hong Kong moving on to Mandarin Oriental, Hong Kong, Eaton Hotel, Hong Kong, The Imperial Hotel, Hong Kong and The Hotel Stage, Hong Kong. In 1990, he stepped in China, taking up a new challenge in Century Plaza Hotel, ShenZhen.
He is well experienced in the operations of hospitality in his career life. Ensuring smooth operations and efficiency from maintaining a high quality standard of services and cleanliness, controlling of operational expenses and providing trainings to achieve high score of guest’s review.
